This seminar, specially designed for junior professors, tenure-track professors and junior research group leaders, provides a comprehensive overview of the specific legal relationships, rights and duties as well as the special service tasks. However, the seminar also focuses on individual design elements, such as evaluation or interim evaluation, as well as questions of a possible tenure track procedure. In addition, the seminar also deals with the design of tenure-track professorships, particularly in accordance with the federal programme.
