The members of YIN have the opportunity to develop their competences in science in university didactic courses.
The University Didactic Centre
offers events and consulting. They have the opportunity
to gain the “University Didactics Certificate of Baden-Württemberg”: Workshops to improve teaching skills, seminars on mentoring and interaction with students, continuous feedback on personal teaching style.
