Leadership, management, and personal development are central in the exclusive professional development program for YIN-members and alumni. The manifold choices are specially tailored for potential scientific leaders and were developed by the service unit Personnel Development and Vocational Training in close consultation with YIN.

The consultants and Coaches are especially selected for this target group. They are considered as nationwide experts in the respective subject areas and are highly experienced in the field of higher education and research.
