The objective of coaching is to develop individual learning and performance processes. The primary focus is on professional issues that arise from the tasks at hand and the various professional roles. The coach Helps to identify the causes of problems and helps to develop solutions.
Time-limited and confidential
Coaching is a time-limited process. Depending on the problem, 3 to 10 meetings are needed to work through a set of issues. The content of a coaching session is absolutely confidential.
Coaching pool
Through an initial consultation, the needs of a YIN member are assessed and the coach and coachee are matched precisely. For this purpose, YIN members have access to a broad pool of coaches with different areas of expertise and professional profiles.
