Develop a feeling for yourself and your effect when you are in the spotlight - without a video camera. Then play a role, no matter where you appear. Beginning with basic exercises, everyone should become clear about the possibilities of verbal and non-verbal communication. It is important to constantly deal with the "case of emergency", i.e. the speech in front of a group.
