Radiance, charisma and physical presence are indispensable when presenting an idea. You don't achieve credibility when you play a "role" in which you don't find yourself.
In order to make contact with others more conscious, we need to learn more about our physical presence. Only then will we be able to recognize our own prerequisites and make better use of our own strengths.
How can we work out certain effects and still consider the individuality of each individual? Get to know your effect on others better. Recognize your own possibilities and strengths. Develop a feeling for yourself and your effect when you are in the spotlight - without a video camera. Then play a role, no matter where you appear. Beginning with basic exercises, everyone should become clear about the possibilities of verbal and non-verbal communication. It is important to constantly deal with the "case of emergency", i.e. the speech in front of a group.
